LICENSEES

STANLEY BLACKER is seeking long-term relationships with licensees. Therefore, the potential licensee should have a comparable objective combined with the manufacturing, financial, styling, marketing and management resources required to carry out a major long-term program of significant magnitude.

A 5% royalty rate is to be paid by the licensee for use of the STANLEY BLACKER trademark and trade name. A good faith payment is due upon signing of the agreement and will be refunded to the licensee within the term of the agreement. Royalties are to be tied in with a mutually agreed upon annual minimum guarantee or minimum sales target projection which are determined by a realistic assessment by both parties of the market potential. The STANLEY BLACKER trademark is involved in a yearly ad campaign with DNR publications.

The following categories are currently open for license: Raincoats, Topcoats, Outerwear, Leather & Suede Jackets, Loungewear, Scarves & Gloves, Hats, Luggage, and Cologne.
